Matthew Flowers Managing Director
A critical and strategic thinker in the world of Finance and Commerce, Matt couples his 30 years experience with his inate ability to find pragmatic sustainable solutions to any organisational issue.
After founding Skopion in 2014 clients have called upon Matt to manage various stages of multi-million dollar projects to identify, address, navigate and fix issues that have otherwise been extremely challenging to resolve.
With vast experience in Federal, State and Local Government including the UK Public Sector, combined with his commercial experience with organisations such as National Australia Bank, BAE, Santos, Tesco and Royal London - Matt brings a plethora of experience for clients to leverage.
Kate Spanagel Senior Consultant
Kate has over 20 years accounting and financial controls experience, working with ASX Top 50 companies Origin Energy and the APA Group and large global corporate Exxon Mobil.
Her experience across global ERP systems; Oracle, SAP and MYOB, and business automation tools including Blackline and More4Aps is exceptional.
Kate’s background also includes developing strategic business plans, annual budgets and financial statements.
She has developed an excellent reputation with Skopion’s government sector clients where her unique blend of technical expertise and natural communication style has enabled outstanding change enabling advice and services to Executive clients in complex corporate service settings.
Angelo Renna Consultant
Angelo has exceptional general ledger transition and re-engineering skills and he has a strong focus on developing efficient, practical business focused solutions that ensure data integrity is maintained to the highest levels.
Supporting project transition teams, managing major departmental mergers and structural transitions, Angelo has been a super user for a variety of financial systems and tools including Masterpiece and associated tools for chart of accounts maintenance, financial reporting (VRW), focus report writer, Cognos ETL, data modelling and report development.
Angelo also leverages his outstanding MS Excel skills, producing analysis and models to provide additional insights, efficiencies and data integrity for clients undertaking organisational and business model change.
Tricia Flowers Business Development & Client Engagement
With a background in strategy development, business management, marketing, PR and community engagement, Tricia project manages Skopion's work committments as well as liaising with clients.
This allows the rest of the team to focus fully on delivering exceptional service and solutions on client engagements.
Tricia also works with new clients in the initial stages to showcase Skopion's areas of expertise and discover the areas of need which can be resolved by the Skopion team.
Marketing, PR, Event Managemment and Community Engagement are also areas Tricia manages for the Skopion team.
